In this episode, Ross Anderson is off to a South African wine region home to some iconic producers, that specialises in cool-climate viticulture…. But is more commonly known for its apple orchards and the sparkling soft drink Appletizer.
Ross is joined by Augustus Dale, a man who has done a number of things in the wine world thus far including winemaking, viticulture, marketing, sales and bespoke wine tours and shows no signs of slowing down. Gus recently joined Elgin Vintners as the winemaker and business director.
