In this episode Ross Anderson interviews Philip Shaw, an icon of the Australian wine industry, on his new project, Hoosegg Wines based out in the Orange Wine Region of New South Wales, Australia. Philip was a key part of the global rise of the Rosemount Brand, something he is very proud of, and quite rightly so.
Amongst other topics, our chat with Philip includes discussing Hoosegg Jade Moon Cabernet Franc's success at the 2021 Global Fine Wine Challenge where the wine represented Australia's top 120 wines and competed against the best wines of the New World.
Philip continues to champion Orange, tirelessly promoting the region, its food and wine scene and lifestyle. Hoosegg is fast becoming proof of the regions fine wine producing pedigree.
